Terms

Version 2026-09-07.1. These are the terms shown at acceptance; the version you accepted is recorded with your order. Contracting entity: Pchol Productions (billing entity to be confirmed).

1. What you are buying

A website built to the scope of the package you chose, as listed on the prices page and repeated in your order summary: Essential Website ($990), Business Website ($1,990), Expanded Website ($3,490). Prices are in US dollars, include any applicable tax, and cover one English-language website. Other languages, shops, custom applications, original photography, brand creation, legal drafting, migrations of unknown complexity and advanced integrations are quoted separately.

2. Paying in two stages

Half of the package price is due to start and reserves your start date; the other half is due after you approve the final version and before launch. Nothing recurring is added unless you choose a care plan.

3. The Business monthly plan

$499 is due to start. From the confirmed launch, 12 monthly payments of $219 follow, each made up of $140 towards the build and $79 for Care Business. The 12 build payments are a commitment. From month 13, Care Business continues at $79 a month until you cancel; we remind you before month 13. A failed payment is not a paid instalment; we tell you and retry.

4. Revision rounds

One revision round is one consolidated list of changes from one approver, against the agreed direction. Correcting our own errors never uses a round. New direction or extra pages needs an accepted change order. A round counts when you submit it, not when you add a comment.

5. Timing

Delivery targets are typical durations from a complete intake and a scheduled start. The schedule pauses while we wait for something only you can supply, and the pause is recorded in your workspace.

6. Approval and launch

You approve a specific numbered draft. A later revised draft needs a new approval. We confirm the launch after our checks; that confirmation is the launch date for warranty, care and any recurring payments.

7. Cancelling

Before launch: work completed to date is settled against the stage payments made, and any unused balance is returned or, on the monthly plan, no instalments are charged. After launch on the monthly plan: you owe $140 for each unpaid build instalment plus any overdue delivered service; future care stops from the cancellation date. Care plans can be cancelled from any month.

8. Ownership and handover

When the build is fully paid we hand over the agreed site files or platform account. Your domain, your supplied text and images remain yours. Third-party subscriptions and licences named in your proposal are yours to hold.

9. Corrections and support

Defects in what we delivered are corrected free for 30 days after launch. Support is by email, support@pcholproductions.com; we aim to reply within one business day. There is no telephone or 24-hour support.

10. Availability

We confirm language, service and payment availability for your project before accepting an order. Where that cannot be confirmed at signup, your request is reviewed and you are told before anything is paid.
