Do I need to know how websites work?
No. We guide you through the decisions and handle the build.
Will you write the content?
Yes, from the facts you give us, within your package’s word allowance. You approve the words before launch.
What if I don’t have a logo or photos?
You can start without them. We use a clean text identity and talk about images once the pages are right. Logos and photography are separate services.
How do I give feedback?
Open the draft, leave comments on each page, then send them to us together as one review round.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The build price is one payment, in two halves. Analytics is included with no monthly charge. Care (hosting, backups, small edits) is optional, $49, $79 or $129 a month, and you can stop it any month.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. It stays in your account. We connect it when the site is ready.
Will I own the website?
Yes. After the build is paid, we hand over the files or the account. Your domain and your content are yours.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. We confirm language, service and payment availability before we accept your order.
