We write the words from your answers, then design the pages for a phone first.

Open the draft in your review room, comment on any page, send the round.
- We launch
Pay the second half. We connect your domain, set up search, go live, hand over.
What we need from you
After you pay to start, your workspace opens with a checklist. Plain questions, in your words. It saves as you type.
- Business summary. What you do, in plain words, and where you work.
- Who it is for. Who buys from you, and what they are usually trying to solve.
- Services. Each service in a sentence or two. We turn these into pages or sections.
- Proof (optional). Qualifications, memberships, years, named clients who agreed to be named, reviews you may quote.
- Contact details. Exactly as they should appear on the site.
- Preferences (optional). Sites you like, sites you do not, colours to keep or avoid.
- Files (optional). Logo, photographs, existing text. Upload what you have; you can start without them.
- Access (optional). Which accounts we will need an invitation to (domain, booking tool). Never send passwords.
No logo or photos yet? Start anyway. We use a clean text identity and talk about images once the pages are right.
Review in your own room
Every project gets a private review room. You open each page, leave a comment where it belongs, and send your comments together as one round. We make the changes and publish the next draft.
Essential includes one round. Business and Expanded include two. Fixing something we got wrong never counts as a round. A change of direction or extra pages is priced first, then done.
Approve, launch, hand over
When a draft is right, you approve that exact version. Then the second half is due. We run our checks, connect your domain with you, and confirm the launch by hand. That day starts your 30 days of free corrections and any care plan you chose.
You get a handover note: what the site runs on, where the files or the account live, what we set up for search and analytics, and what we would do next.
After launch
Nothing is compulsory. Analytics is already included. Support is by email, support@pcholproductions.com; we aim to reply within one business day. Care keeps the site hosted, backed up, watched and lightly edited each month, $49, $79 or $129, stop any month. Marketing is a monthly scope we agree first.
