Privacy
Last updated 7 September 2026. This page describes what the service actually does. Controller: Pchol Productions (billing entity to be confirmed).
What we collect
- To answer an enquiry or quote: your name, email, business name, business country, the markets you serve, your intended website language, and optionally a phone number and time zone.
- To run a project: the intake answers you give, the files you upload, your comments and approvals, and the record of payments made through the payment provider. We never ask for passwords, identity documents or customer lists.
- To measure the service: anonymous, cookie-free counts of pages viewed and steps completed. These carry no names, emails, form text or file names.
- To sign you in: a session cookie on this site only, and a draft cookie that keeps your unfinished signup. Neither is shared with any other site.
Where it goes
Your data sits in this service’s own database and private file store, separate from any other Pchol website. Payments are taken by the payment provider named at checkout; we see the amount, the reference and the status, not your card. Email is sent through the transactional email provider named in the message headers.
We do not sell data, we do not use advertising trackers, and we do not join anonymous visit counts to your identity.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of what we are not required to keep for accounting, by writing to the support address in your workspace. Optional marketing messages are sent only if you tick the box for them, and every one carries a way to stop.
How long
Project material is kept while the project is active and for the 30-day correction period after launch, then for as long as needed for handover and any care plan. Payment records are kept as accounting law requires. Unfinished signup drafts are removed after 60 days.
